1. About AI Padhai.in

AI Padhai.in is an AI-powered educational platform providing digital learning resources and tools for school students from Class 6th to 12th, including (but not limited to):

  • AI Doubt Solver (Instant textbook and concept solutions)
  • AI Homework Assistant (Step-by-step guidance for assignments)
  • AI Exam Practice (Mock tests and Board-style quiz generation)
  • AI Smart Revision Notes (Summarized study material)
  • AI Concept Explainer (Visual and simplified learning insights)

2. Account Registration & Access

  • Users (Students or Parents/Guardians) may register on AI Padhai.in using the site registration system.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including the correct Class/Grade level to ensure accurate AI responses.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.
  • Account sharing is strictly prohibited to maintain personalized learning data.

3. Subscription & Credits System

AI Padhai.in operates on a credit-based subscription system:

  • Credits are added only after payment is successful and the order is marked as “Completed.”
  • Credits are consumed when using specific AI tools (e.g., generating a full mock test or solving a complex doubt).
  • Credits are linked with subscription plan validity and may reset upon renewal according to the plan terms.
  • Users with an active plan may be restricted from purchasing a redundant plan until the current plan expires.

4. AI Tool Usage Rules

By using AI tools on AI Padhai.in, you agree:

  • Accuracy: AI responses are generated automatically and, while highly advanced, may occasionally contain errors.
  • Guidance Only: AI outputs are for informational and educational guidance. AI Padhai.in does not guarantee specific marks, school rankings, or exam success.
  • Verification: Students are encouraged to cross-check critical information with official textbooks (NCERT, ICSE, etc.) and teacher guidance.
  • Content Uploads: When uploading photos of homework or textbook questions (JPG/PNG), the content must be for educational purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring you do not upload prohibited or copyrighted material not intended for study help.
  • AI Mentorship: Our AI “Study Buddy” provides academic planning and motivation but is not a substitute for professional school counseling or psychological help.

5. Fair Usage & Restrictions

You must NOT:

  • Abuse or overload the system (spamming requests, automation, or scraping data).
  • Attempt to bypass credit deduction systems.
  • Use AI Padhai.in for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Upload inappropriate, offensive, or non-educational content.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or the admin backend.
  • Note: AI Padhai.in may limit the frequency of requests per minute to maintain platform stability for all students.

6. Suspension / Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without refund if:

  • There is misuse, suspicious activity, fraud, or policy violation.
  • Payment disputes or chargebacks occur.
  • The user attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities or credit systems.

7. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Given the digital nature of AI credits and instant access to premium content, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before subscribing.

8. Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary downtimes may occur due to maintenance, server updates, or third-party AI service disruptions (e.g., OpenAI, hosting providers).

9. Changes to Services / Pricing

We reserve the right to modify subscription plans, credit allocations, features, UI, or pricing at any time without prior notice to adapt to the evolving educational landscape and AI technology.
