Payment Policy

Effective Date: 1st January, 2026

AiPadhai.in provides subscription-based digital services. This Payment Policy explains how payments are handled on our platform.

1. Payment Gateway

All payments on AiPadhai.in are processed only through Razorpay.

We may support multiple Razorpay methods including:

  • UPI
  • Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (as supported by Razorpay)

2. Payment Confirmation & Credits Allocation

Credits and plan access are provided only when:
✅ Payment is successful
✅ The corresponding order is marked as Completed

If payment is successful but your order remains pending, please contact support.

3. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew as per your selected plan cycle (monthly). On successful renewal payment completion, credits may be reset/allocated according to the plan rules.

4. Failed / Pending Payments

If a payment fails or remains incomplete:

  • No credits will be granted
  • No plan access will be activated

If money is debited but payment status is not updated, the resolution depends on bank/UPI timelines and Razorpay reconciliation.

5. Chargebacks & Fraud

Any fraudulent payment activity, disputes, or chargebacks can lead to:

  • account suspension
  • cancellation of active subscription access
  • blocking further purchases

6. No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. Please review the Return & Refund Policy.
