All payments made on AiPadhai.in are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for –

• Subscription purchases (Basic / Inter / Pro or any other plan)
• Plan renewals
• Credit purchases or monthly credit allocations
• Partial usage, non-usage, or unused credits
• Accidental purchases or wrong plan selection
• Technical or internet issues from the user side
• User dissatisfaction with AI-generated responses
• Account termination or policy violations

2. No Return Policy

As AiPadhai.in provides digital access and AI services, there is no physical product, hence returns do not apply.

4. Credits and Plan Validity

Credits are allocated after successful payment and order completion. Credits –

• Are usable only within the plan period (as per subscription rules).
• May reset on renewal or when a new plan is purchased.
• Do not carry forward if reset/renewal occurs.

5. Failed Transactions

If your payment fails or is not completed, no credits or access will be provided. If an amount is debited but order is not confirmed, the resolution will depend on the payment gateway/bank processing timelines.
